Privacy Policy

VMExit is built privacy-first. We comply with India's DPDP Act and are GDPR-aware.

Inventory data

Your uploaded inventory CSV is processed in-request to generate your report and is not storedon our servers or in any database. We do not retain VM names or configuration details after the response is returned.

What we do keep

• An anonymous identifier (random token) to enforce the free-tier limit. It is not linked to your identity.
• Aggregate, non-identifying analytics (page views, conversions).
• Billing records via our payment processors if you purchase Pro.

Sub-processors

• An LLM provider may receive aggregate, non-identifying summary statistics to generate the executive summary. Raw VM data is not sent.
• Razorpay / Stripe for payment processing.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any data we hold by emailing support@aiskillhub.info.
