By using VMExit ("the Service") you agree to these terms. VMExit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Broadcom Inc. or VMware.

The Service

VMExit analyzes a virtualization inventory you provide and produces a suggested migration plan, target mapping, cost estimate and risk checklist. Output is informational guidance, not professional advice.

No warranty

Estimates (including cost-savings figures) are approximations based on stated assumptions and your input data. You are responsible for validating all output before acting on it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you are not authorized to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMExit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its output.
